I had my little dud with me at a work meeting earlier this week and afterwards a woman approached me and thanked me for paving the way so that someday she too could bring a child to work with her.
My boss says it all the time - the only way to change the culture is by example. Because I have such a supportive boss sometimes I feel like it is my responsibility to bring BC out to as many meetings as possible so that I can be an example to as many people as possible.

Thank you! Merry Christmas to you. I had the captcha thing turned off but got so much spam. Maybe I'll try it again for awhile and see if it's better.
